Irkutsk Oil Company was formed by a small group of enthusiastic people who weren’t afraid of challenges. Today we are the team of some 1500 talented and skilled individuals. Irkutsk Oil Company is committed to ensuring a safe, healthy and comfortable work environment. We closely follow all the requirements and standards of Russian law in the sphere of labor and health protection. All INK offices and facilities are equipped with the necessary accident-prevention and fire-fighting equipment.

TRAINING

We have also arranged internal seminars for non-technical employees conducted by our technical experts who explain various issues including geology, well-drilling, crude and gas processing, etc.
